Passionate about nature since I was a child, I have been incorporating the principles of sustainable development in my daily life and in my profession for several years. I make sure that my real estate transactions are carried out in an environmentally friendly manner. I accompany my clients in their real estate objective aiming at maximizing their energy efficiency and reducing their ecological footprint.
In order to make the process simple and easy, I provide all my clients with a copy of the directory of grants and incentives for renovation and sustainable construction. I also calculate the energy efficiency of their property and provide relevant information on green housing to better guide and support them.
On my personal side, I accomplish several actions on a daily basis, among others, I calculate my GHG emissions every year and I purchase carbon credits. Thus, the number of trees necessary to cancel my emissions will be planted. I am therefore carbon neutral. I don’t use paper either!
I use my Facebook page, my website and other social media, such as LinkedIn and Instagram , to promote the news of the green housing market.
